Job Duties Include

• Arrive on time to each stop on your route.
• Follow instructions on our Ridwell fleet app directing you to pick up specific items at each stop.
• Communicate any discrepancies on pick up with Ridwell driver support.
• Understand time management and communicate when a route is taking longer than anticipated.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal/external customers.
• Load and unload items into and out of the company-owned vans.
• Use text message and email to communicate with Ridwell driver support and the Ridwell driver manager.
• Deliver Ridwell bins and bags to new member’s houses.
• On-Board new Ridwell members by explaining the service and answers common questions.
• Ensure compliance regarding all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties assigned as necessary by management.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must own and be able to use a smartphone and google or apple maps.
• Ability to be on your feet or on a van route all day.
• Ability to communicate effectively digitally over text message and email.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach, and lift up to 49 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High school, GED, or equivalent diploma.
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday and possible weekend shifts.
• Must complete a background and motor vehicle history check if offered the position.
• No previous experience required.

Shift Details

• Full Time (40 hours) available
• Shift is 7:30am - 6:00pm

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $20/per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on market location.
