SCHEDULE: No Weekends! Home Each Day! Start at approximately 5AM - until completion of route. 40-50 hour average work week.

PAY RANGE: Earn $18.27 - $20.19/HR while you train to obtain a Class A license. $68,500 once promoted to Class A route.

How this works: Start in the passenger seat to learn the day-to-day job functions, become route trained, obtain Class A Permit, and then get 50 hours of drive time before testing to pass your CDL test. ALL done ONSITE. This can take approximately 3-6 months.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in delivering products in a safe and timely manner to all customers, following an assigned daily route. Will repetitively lift 25-50 pounds throughout the day.
• Following instructions of Service Reps to rotate all products, stock shelves, report out of stocks, organize back stock, and relocate products as directed.
• Submitting all required paper work, sales invoices, communication forms, and customer payments every day.
• Ensuring loads are built and loaded in truck accurately, reporting any loading errors.
• Cultivating a superior knowledge of company's portfolio.
• Reporting vehicle maintenance issues and accidents according to company policies.
• Maintaining published product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stock.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have satisfactory driving record and pass criminal background check.
• Can build product displays, stock cooler shelves, stack cases, etc.
• Ability to effectively and safely operate a dolly(aka hand truck, two-wheeler).
• Friendly, courteous, works well with others, and maintains a professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, hours might vary during different seasons.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Has a strong commitment to customer service with the ability to effectively work in a team environment.
