Non-CDL Driver - Used Clothing Collection

$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS ( AWARDED AFTER THE THIRD MONTH )

We are seeking energetic collection/delivery drivers. Drivers must be able to drive a box truck and work independently to collect bags of used clothing from the outdoor collection sites.

Night and weekend shifts are available.

Work Week: Mon-Friday . Start time 6:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Strictly keeping the deadlines
• Regular visit and service of site locations on daily basis;
• Transport of goods and equipment;
• Participate in loading and unloading activities;
• Comply with Traffic Laws
• Comply with company rules, working standards, and safety program;
• Perform periodically equipment inspections, troubling shooting, adjustments, and cleaning of equipment

Requirements:

• One year of experience in an industrial environment is preferred but not required
• Good time management
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet daily targets
• You must be at least 21 years of age to drive interstate.
• Experience with driving small trucks (16 - 22 feet) is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license, and clean driving record required.
• Availability for a night, overnight, and weekend shifts when necessary
• You must be able to lift, push, and pull large bulky items up to 60 lbs
• Able to work independently without direct supervision

Physical requirements:

• A high degree of physical activity on a frequent basis. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Repetitive standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping, grasping, climbing, reaching, and moving about the facility
• Hearing ability to meet safety requirements
• Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
• Exposed to cold/ heat/ humidity

Other Duties:

• Perform duties as requested by the management
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and training
• Establish and maintain a pleasant work environment and team spirit

Compensation:

• Full-time, competitive base wages
