ArmiPaws is looking for people who want to help pet owners by providing wonderful care for their beloved pets when they aren't able to do it themselves.

You will be responsible for offering general care for dogs, cats and other small household animals. This may include dog walking, cat sitting, play times, meals times, checking water bowls and cleaning up after any messes.

ArmiPaws provides high-level care while offering our independent contractors a flexible schedule, fun environment and an online reservation system with mobile app which makes your job easy and safe. You must have a reliable vehicle in order to travel to and from client households within our service range. We service: Annapolis, Davidsonville, Crownsville, Crofton, Gambrills, Odenton, Severn, Severna Park, Arnold, Glen Burnie and a small portion in Pasadena.

Additional Job Responsibilities

• Feed, provide water, and medicate based upon client instructions, which may be very detailed and must be followed exactly as given
• Attend Meet & Greets with clients to go over pet care instructions and provide comfortability for clients, pets and yourself
• Respect clients' homes and personal property when on-site offering pet sitting services, including cleaning up any pet messes
• Provide additional customer service as requested by clients, which may include picking up mail and watering plants
• Check and follow your pet care schedule, via the pet sitting app
• Take pictures of pets and send entertaining report cards after every scheduled event
• Provide a positive and enjoyable interaction with all pets

Job Skills/Qualifications

• Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Must live within Anne Arundel County, MD
• Comfortable administering medications/supplements
• Have a smart phone and ability to learn app- Time To Pet
• No criminal record
• Professional pet care experience (Kennel, Vet Tech, Pet Sitter, etc.)
• 18 years of age or older
• Attention to detail, client focused, exceptionally organized and great communication skills
• Dependable and extraordinary time management
• Physically fit and willing to work in various weather conditions
• Must love animals and the outdoors
• Ability to control any dog breed/size while on walks

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $400.00 per week
