The DOG Nanny Group is an in-home professional dog walking and pet sitting service with 12 years in the luxury pet care industry - right here in Marinette, Wisconsin! We are looking for great people who share our passion for amazing customer service, and pets! This part time job is perfect for someone seeking supplemental income who enjoys work that is never the same two days in a row.
Current needs include a variety of hours, days, nights and weekends!
Job Summary:
Caring for pets - primarily dogs and cats in their own homes (not yours). Duties include: walking dogs, quick potty breaks, rubbing tummies and giving kitty scritches under the chin. Preparing meals, giving water, dispensing medications, providing companionship and lots of love and attention. Making sure the pets enjoy playtime and treats, and that their environment is clean, comfortable and safe!
Qualifications:
- Live in Marinette, Menominee, or Peshtigo where the pets do!
- Love dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Be a people pleaser and want to do good!
- Love the freedom of getting out from behind a desk
- Be available to work a variety of hours - days, nights, and weekends, including holidays
- Have your own reliable, insured vehicle and have a valid driver’s license
- Be able to run a marathon - HA! Just seeing if you were paying attention, sort of. We actually do dog jogs (think doggo 5Ks)!
- Have a smart phone with data plan to utilize our pet sitting software program
- Be 100% reliable – the pets you care for depend on you to be there as scheduled
