We are looking for a hard working Dispatcher to join our team! *NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED WE TRAIN* As a Dispatcher at our company, you will answer calls and communicate with field technicians.

If you are a reliable team player who is able to stay calm under pressure, then we are looking for you! As a dispatcher you will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The primary responsibilities of this role are to optimize our schedule by ensuring the right service professional is matched with the proper opportunity, pre- and post-appointment customer contact, and delivering job specifications to technicians. *NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED WE TRAIN*

In this position, you will be:

• Contacting customers to ensure they are available for the technician to come to their home
• Communicating with, supporting, and dispatching our technicians to all their jobs

• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and special instructions
• Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Receiving and dispatch work orders
• Handling audits, purchase orders and ships log
• Working in an upbeat, fast paced environment, where your multi-tasking and logistical skills will be put to test

The right candidate will meet the following requirements: You must have strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. You must also be able to multi-task efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment with reliable and excellent attendance. Previous dispatch and/or data entry experience is preferred but NOT required, we train. *NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED WE TRAIN*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $15.00 an hour to $20 an hour with bonus (Paid Training)
