911iNET, LLC located in Phenix City, AL is a locally owned private dispatch center looking for experienced dispatchers to join our rapidly growing team. Ideal candidates will have an overall foundation and understanding of the public safety/law enforcement field with prior work experience within a dispatch center environment and prior training/certifications. This is not mandatory for consideration as we are willing to train those willing to learn.
Full Time AM and PM positions available working 12-hours per shift on a set rotating schedule with every other weekend off.
PTO/Paid Sick Time accrued after initial 30 days of employment.

911iNET dispatchers must respond to emergency and non-emergency calls providing dispatch and communication support services for Police, Fire, EMS and related agencies requesting assistance on a Nationwide client base
Essential job functions within a 911iNET dispatcher’s job description may include but not limited to the following:
- Operate a multi-line telephone, dispatch console system and alerting system
- Determine and assign the level of priority of the call and enter the data into the computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system for radio dispatch and officer documentation purposes.
- Ask vital questions and provide pre-arrival instructions for emergency medical calls in a timely manner
- Receive and respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency services, requests and complaints knowing how to handle and advise each situation accordingly
- Ask questions based on information received to interpret, analyze and anticipate the caller’s situation as to resolve issues, provide information, dispatch emergency services, or refer callers to other agencies
Qualifications
To be eligible to apply for an entry level dispatch position at 911iNET you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have no felony convictions or been convicted of any domestic violence related offenses
- No illegal drug use within the past two years
- Subject to a drug screen/background check upon request
- Prior experience working in a dispatch center related to 911 emergency services. Pay rate will be determined based on experience, knowledge and prior training/certifications
