Essential Functions
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
- Sweep or scrub floors.
- Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Adheres to company policies
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays based on business needs.
- Clocking in and out, claiming tips in Pixel Point POS
Essential Physical Requirements
- Able to work the shifts agreed between management upon hiring.
- May require long shifts, with extensive standing and walking.
- Ability to go up and down stairs.
- Able to carry at least 2 plates, regularly lift and/or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform simple grasping or squeezing, fine manipulation, overhead reaching, repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Ability to bend, stoop or squat to grab lower shelf items or clean.
- Common visual function such as near vision and depth perception.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion movements with upper extremities
