MAMA’S DISHWASHER
Mama's Cafe is seeking dishwashers to be a vital part of our culinary team. We are a family-owned business (Lawton Family of Restaurants) and our restaurants have consistently been rated among the best places to dine and to work in San Antonio since 1973. We offer a fun and supportive work environment and we take care of our staff - our average employee stays with us for 4.5 years.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Ensures that all dish ware, utensils, pots and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Maintains cleanliness of dish room, as well as coolers, freezers, stock areas and bathrooms.
- Cleans floors and removes garbage
