Summary:
Responsible for managing the Bank’s centralized Project Management Office (PMO) that supports enterprise wide Bank project initiatives across multilple lines of business. Work with business units, third party vendors or in-house information technology teams in planning, managing, executing, and implementing projects that align with the Bank’s strategic plan. Colloborate with Bank divisions to solve business needs while delivering solutions that improve efficiencies, automate activites, expand data reporting and/or upgrade third party application releases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
- Manage a PMO team in the development of work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports using established Bank PMO documentation. Provide technical and administrative direction to crititcal projects.
- Maintain project deliverables, deadlines, budget and report exceptions to management
- Work with third party vendors and business units on release upgrades and acts as a liason with the Bank’s IT department.
- Oversee and assist in developing test plans, test conditions and scripts
- Manage the integration of vendor tasks, contractual commitments, and vendor deliverables.
- Assists in developing business proposals to meet client needs. RFI, RFP, RFQ. Evaluates and recommends various technical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Maintains good knowledge on current and emerging technologies. Interprets their applicability to short and long-term Bank needs as appropriate.
- Provides and promotes the Citizens Experience customer service to all internal and external customers.

This position has supervisory responsibilities. Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university or ten (10) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree in a field of Business Management. Emphasis in IT a plus.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry, and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnishes in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a solid understanding of the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Project, Access, and Word. (Visio a plus)
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
PMP certification a plus.

Salary Range:$127,475.00 To 184,838.00 Annually
