This is a Leadership Team position that works closely with ownership on short and long-term goals.

Qualifications
- Five years experience of leading & supervising, including training & coaching
- Successful record of business development with budgetary & P&L experience
- Experience in learning & deploying technology solutions
- Multitasker with ability to lead with minimal direction
- Lead by example & promote a positive work environment
- Excellent written skills
- College degree and/or professional parking certification (CAPP, CPM)
Responsibilities
- Provides supervision and oversight to team responsible for the daily operations of parking facilities, including monitoring, employee assignments, customer service, issue resolution, troubleshooting, and hiring / training / evaluating staff.
- Plan and develop strategies for parking programs, including identifying and generating new revenue opportunities.
- Develop and implement new policies and procedures
- Manage & implement auditing controls
- Provide professional and technical guidance to team members
- Ensure safety programs and practices are followed
- Assist with new location deployment, including operations budgets & pro formas
- Procure competitive quotes from vendors for a wide range of services
- Work with clients and customers
