DESCRIPTION

ARC Holdings LLC is looking for an Director of Operations for our Nebraska and Iowa region. An ideal candidate would love growing existing store sales while also pushing for growth through adding new locations. This individual would be customer obsessed, have a passion for flawless execution and lives the franchise Core values.

The Director of Operations will be responsible for executing strategies to drive unit growth profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a true ownership mentality and previous proven financial results. If you have the natural ability to motivate a team and facilitate positive results, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our rapidly growing drive thru coffee concept. The Vice President will lead humbly, empowering their team to achieve operational excellence.

LOCATION

This role will be based out of ARC Holdings LLC headquarters in Omaha, NE. The successful candidate will be required to relocate to Omaha, if they do not currently reside there.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead our extensive regional teams toward further operational and financial success
  • Ability to be responsible for 25+ locations and 7+ Regional Manager direct reports
  • Partner with peers and colleagues to strategically lead our organization
  • Focus on results-driven planning and execution to facilitate continued growth
  • Implementing and upholding training and brand standards in all capacities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of QSR or Multi-Unit management experience
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed financial metrics in challenging markets and facilitate growth into new markets
  • Must have experience opening new restaurants, stores, or business units
  • Must be open to Travel 20%
  • Demonstrated ability to create positive, efficient teams through mentorship, coaching and feedback
  • Demonstrated experience leading fast paced growth and development
  • Strong communication skills within all levels of an organization including communication with C-Suite, vendors, and team members
