Title: Director of Nursing
Location: Portage MI
Shift: Day shift
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall direction and coordination of administrative, clinical, and resident care services within a senior living community environment.
Required Experience:
· Compassionate towards the senior population, especially those with Alzheimer’s, or other dementias.
· Nurse (LPN or RN) registered in Michigan
· Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
· Prior supervisory experience required.
· Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
· Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Registered Nurse License
Licensed Practical Nurse
