The JOB
The Director of Finance has full oversight and responsibility of the monthly P&L, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. Noble House runs a fully decentralized accounting system, in close collaboration with the Corporate Finance team.

Requirements:To be successful as a Director of Finance you:
- Must have experience as a Hotel Director of Finance in a decentralized accounting environment at a full-service hotel, closing the books down to cash.
- Are hands-on and also see the big picture. Together with your team, you will handle monthly details as well as finance strategy.
- Besides your own in-depth knowledge of hotel accounting, you are eager to help department heads in managing their costs through bottom-line training.
