POSITION OVERVIEW
- Support growth of the supply chain by managing Distribution Center (DC) Engineering team, and supporting DC Operations by managing WMS support, implementing process improvements, creating reports in addition to implementing processes to provide new offerings at the DC.
- Full time in the Cranbury, NJ Distribution Center. Option to work one day a week remotely.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage business support of the WMS (MA SCALE), including interfaces with other systems (e.g., ERP, WCS, etc.) and manage configuration and functionality changes required by the business
- Manage relationship with MA, in conjunction with IT team, managing open issues and opportunities to minimize downtime and meet business requirements
- Partner with IT team to prioritize system enhancements, identify improvement opportunities and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Create, implement, and manage continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center. Utilize data collection, project plan creation and follow up, testing and training and collaboration with the DC Operations team as part of the methodology
- Lead team in proactively creating and maintaining reports to run the DC operations, in addition to distribution activity reports required by other teams to run the business.
- Partner closely with the Director of DC operations to identify improvements, driving a high level of customer service, cost optimization, quality control in the DC
- Build relationships and work closely with internal departments (e.g., DC Operations, Supply Chain, Web Operations, Customer Service, etc.) and/or Implement new offerings requested by the brands, partnering with the DC operations and Central teams to define and test new processes
- Conduct all other job-related activities.

- 10 years of experience within a distribution center, preferably in engineering and leading continuous improvement initiatives
- 3+ years of experience owning the design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain initiatives
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C processes and customer requirements, preferably in retail
- Familiarity with WMS, preferably Manhattan, and WCS preferred
- Previous managerial experience
- Comfortable in analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting analytical conclusions
- Track record of effective planning and delivering distribution center projects required, preferably in a retail environment
- Ability to communicate and present across all levels of employees, business teams, and management
- Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
- Degree in Supply Chain or Management field preferred

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $145,000- $176,000
