Niagara Falls Memorial is in growth mode and currently looking for a Director of Employee Health to join our team!
The Director of Employee Health manages the day to day operations of our Employee Health department and maintains the responsibilities of operation. This position works in collaboration with Human Resources, Infection Prevention, and Hospital Safety Committee to promote health and well being of staff and visitors to NFMMC.
EDUCATION:
-Bachelor’s degree required
- Five (5) years prior experience in nursing, occupational therapy, or physical therapy preferred.
LICENSURE:
- Possession and maintenance of a current license and registration to practice as Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist in New York State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center is a full-service, 171-bed regional medical center with extensive inpatient and outpatient services including The Heart Center of Niagara, Niagara Wellness Connection Center, Wound Center of Niagara, Niagara Metabolic & Bariatric Services, The OB/GYN Center and UBMD Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. We also offer a comprehensive range of surgical services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
