Job Description

The Director of Customer Marketing will own the post-sale marketing experience for all Candidly customers. As a B2B2C company selling primarily through the workplace, Candidly’s customers include employers and their employees, who are the ultimate end-users of the product. In this role, reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience with the brand, from onboarding, to employee launches, to ongoing product education and engagement. You will partner very closely with Customer Success to engage customers, drive satisfaction and delight, and enable ongoing success with the product.

In this role you will:

  • Develop marketing programs, communications, and collateral that drive engagement, customer satisfaction, and advocacy
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Content, and Design to develop onboarding materials, presentations, nurture campaigns, ongoing product communications, customer events, webinars, and case studies
  • Develop programs that scale with a fast-growing customer base
  • Maintain a vigilant focus on the employer and employee experience with the Candidly brand through every touch
  • Build avenues for customer advocacy, including identifying key customers for case studies, testimonials, speaking opportunities, and more
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure flawless execution on customer launches
  • Ensure appropriate communication and collaboration with key stakeholders, from planning through to results, across the full customer lifecycle

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related field
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work across departments to lead and drive results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with maniacal attention to detail
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, high-growth, fully-remote work environment
  • Experience with SFDC, Marketo, Iterable and other marketing tools
