Director of Construction Job at MKR Restaurant Group LLC
We are looking for a Director of Construction with strong experience in the multi-family residential housing industry. This role will oversee the nationwide construction projects, both renovations and ground up. Our company is experiencing rapid growth so there is certainly room for advancement for the right person!

What do we seek?
- Must Have Previous experience in Multi-Family Residential Housing
- Sense of Urgency, Ready & Eager to Get to Work ASAP
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Ability to accurately describe and assess the status of a construction project
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Maintain and implement construction proforma / budget for each multi-family project
- Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations to executive management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
