Responsible for setting policy, planning, directing, administering and evaluating occupational, environmental, health, safety, and wellness services consistent with the Centura Health organizational goals and directives. This registered nurse leader will build collaborative relationships with associates, physicians, and other stakeholders to achieve high levels of associate satisfaction and adherence to safety requirements. Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and directing resources over several sites across a wide geographic region. Serves as a patient advocate as well as a role model for ethical management behavior and promotes and awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the Mission and Values of Centura Health. The incumbent works collaboratively with all Centura Leadership executives to achieve its goals and objectives. Data collection and analysis is an important aspect of this role to demonstrate to the organization the effectiveness of

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and clinical management experience demonstrating
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an occupational health program
Minimum of 2 years of data collection and evaluation experience where basic metrics are analyzed and presented to an organization.
Strong knowledge/application of systems framework, excellent strategic thinking skills, demonstrated resource, management, and stewardship skills, strong team orientation, good understanding of total quality management concepts, strong customer focus, demonstrated ability to lead/implement change activities, demonstrated skills in influencing through relationships, excellent analytical thinking skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
