THE ROLE
This newly established Director role will establish leadership for a center of excellence for our color brands. This role will lead content and tool production on Gucci Beauty and Kylie, establish Artistry direction and development programs for each, as well as, plan event strategies to achieve retail sales goals by location.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Education and Events. This person will have strong collaboration with Director of Field Education and Events for both the Specialty Multi and Luxury Channels, as well as, the instore Field Sales Team and Education Executives. This person would directly manage the National Education Executives for Gucci Beauty and Kylie. This role would also mange future Regional Artists to drive sales via Education and in store Events.
In this role you will be responsible for: Collaborating with Senior Director of Education and Events, National Director of Education and Events and National Education Executives, and Regional Education Executives and Sales teams to create compelling and effective training strategies, and training materials.
Create Seasonal Education and Event Strategy by retailer
Creating retailer specific trainings and tools to drive sales and elevate knowledge and skills, especially artistry.
Developing National Education Executives, Regional Education Executives, Sales and Education Executives, Coordinators and Regional Pro Artists to deliver the strategy
Ensure full product knowledge, artistry skill, selling ceremony adaption and clientele building
Planning and executing all aspects of twice yearly, large scale training seminars
Planning in store events and developing talent to execute the strategy
QUALIFICATIONS
