This is a full-time position for an energetic, enthusiastic personality who enjoys recruiting agents, retaining agents, developing agents, and leading a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a leader and will be excited at the idea of taking their career to the next level.
Relocation to the CA market is required.

Responsibilities:- Recruit, develop, and retain qualified agents
- Plan and monitor the daily operations of the brokerage
- Design and monitor employee performance objectives and metrics
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the efficiency and profitability of team activities
- Ensure team compliance with internal policies, company regulations, and government laws
- 3+ years of Recruiting Experience
- Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry
