Starting Wage: $14.50 to $16.75 hourly depending on experience

Duties: DSPs are matched with a person or family to provide services to people with barriers (disabilities). This might include giving a ride to an appointment, assisting with personal cares, making meals, managing money … the duties are as unique as the individuals we support. Our caregivers also integrate individuals into the community and help them be a part of our local communities. Our comprehensive goal is to help individuals with barriers gain and maintain independence and experience quality of life.

Hours and responsibilities vary for every person supported. Additional hours are available in Grafton, Lakota, and Grand Forks.

Expectations: Have experience or interest in supporting people with disabilities achieve their goals and outcomes; work alone or with a team; meet and maintain background investigation requirements; commit to providing a drug-free, non-violent place for team members to live and employees to work.
