Job Description:

We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to play a key role in furthering our mission in our Day Services area. We will train the right candidate.
Education/Experience:
GED or high school diploma preferred. Vocational training or manufacturing experience desirable.
Job Competencies:
Coaches persons served to improve their productivity and their work habits. Adapts daily to client preference and choice, business and industry needs and client goals and objectives. Assists with smooth transition of clients into competitive employment utilizing life skills/ job readiness training. Serves as PCSP team member. Records daily client productivity, tracks attendance, writes case notes and orders supplies as needed. Maintains ISO Compliance/certification. Maintains CARF Compliance.
