Responsibilities:

• Act as a caregiver for the mentally disabled adult.
• Maintain a clean and orderly living environment for the client's home.
• Develop and implement activities of daily living routines following the resident's health care plan.
• Manage resident behavior following the health care plan.
• Emotional support and motivation through conversation and recreational activities. Encouraging client engagement in social networks and communities
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Communicate clearly with management, peers, and family members to understand needs and maintain positive relationships.
• Follow health care directives under the administrator's supervision by providing medication, physical therapy, grooming, and personal care.
• Able to document behaviors, specific events, and causes for concerns with health and behavioral needs and challenges.
• Maintenance of appropriate records, daily notes, medication recording, and special incident Reporting using a computer or smart device.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
