About this position: This is a strategic hire! We’re not hiring to simply fill a position. We are pursuing a true Digital Transformation Advisor who is passionate about driving business outcomes and results for our clients. Success in this role is driving new revenue with existing clients and new prospects by being a thought leader and ambassador of related to Digital Transformation. An ideal candidate’s background would include experiences in one or many of the following areas: IT, business management, technology services delivery, account management, management consulting, and/or program management.

One who is viewed by clients as an ambassador to them and for them. One that has earned the confidence of his or her clients as always being the “go-to” person for information and insights. One who is constantly reviewing market trends and participating in relevant IT and industry events and communities to bring credible points of view on key topics. One who is passionate about their craft and proactive about continuously improving it for the betterment of themselves, their clients, and us.

Key Qualifications

  • Success leading or participating in Business and IT Transformation initiatives by bringing Thought Leadership that drives business outcomes
  • A passion for IT and Digital Transformation that has led to a broad range of subject matter expertise in these areas
  • The ability and experience speaking to business executives about their organization’s goals, strategies, and pain points, then drive relevant conversations related to how IT may be able to address each
  • Turns concepts into reality—solutioning, proof-of-concept, implementation, continuous improvement.
  • Anticipates potential problems, identifies risks, and plans contingencies.
  • Seeks to collaborate and create coalitions. Ability to process a wide range of inputs and deliver quality content on tight timelines with dynamic priorities.
  • Outstanding communicator in verbal, written, presentation and multi-media form. Distills technical information into articulate, visual and widely consumable content for clients and senior executives. Skilled presenter and seller—creates advocates.
  • Strong executive facilitation and coordination skills for requirements, design and reporting.
  • Financial Management—experience with business case development, agile, quarterly and annual budgeting, forecasting, tracking process, cycles and the funding approval.
  • Selling Skills – Extend and expand client business. ID and close on new business opportunities based on solutioning, delivery and relationship development.
  • Evolution – Lead and contribute to the growth and development. Participate in and improve selling, delivery, recruiting, retention, and knowledge capital.
  • 10 - 15 years business, technical and consulting experience.
  • BS/BA degree required. MBA or advanced degree in technical field a plus.
