The Digital Customer Engagement Associate Principal is a senior role in the firm and will serve as a Client Leader and Thought Champion in ZS’s Digital Customer Experience (DCE) Practice. This role will have responsibility for developing and shaping our Digital CX capabilities, leading a portfolio of large Digital Transformation Global programs with our clients, developing innovative Digital offerings, and cultivating strategic relationship with our client’s Business and IT Heads (including Head of Digital, Chief Digital Officers). The successful candidate will work closely with ZS’s Digital leadership, expand new Digital business in our existing clients, and build trusted advisory relationships with IT organizations at the company’s largest clients.
What You will do:
- Lead large scale Digital client business development and delivery engagements in the Life Sciences Industry
- The role will have responsibility for developing and shaping our MarTech capabilities including working closely with ZS’s own AI Personalization Engine Platform (ZAIDYN), leading a portfolio of large Digital Transformation Global programs with our clients, developing innovative Digital offerings, and cultivating strategic relationship with our client’s Business and IT Heads (including Head of Digital, Chief Digital Officers)
- Manage transformation programs and client relationships particularly in the area of AI Personalization Engines, Marketing Technology (SFMC, Adobe, CDP) and Operations, Content Transformation, Digital Field Engagement, and Digital Data Management & Analytics
- Play a lead role in shaping our client’s future state Digital Customer Engagement Solutions, Business and Technical Architecture, and Program Design
- Drive and nurture partnerships with Digital platform providers
- Participate in and drive Business Development activities as a Solution Designer, Lead Solution Architecture discussions, Partnerships, Program Estimation, Deployment model, etc.
- Groom a technology team in the DCE practice
- Work with the Software Development Team to develop features that add to the stability, robustness of our Digital Solutions and bring operational efficiency to the implementation and ongoing operations
- Drive innovations, support new offering development and commercialization of capabilities tailored for Region Europe in the areas of Digital/AI/Marketing Technology
- Work in tandem with global counterparts to understand client feedback, implementation challenges, identification or risks and mitigation strategy
- Assist Practice teams on building POV on new technology. Actively lead unstructured problem solving to design and build complex solutions, tune to meet expected performance and functional requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or related field from a top university
- MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable and preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role within Management Consulting/Professional service
- Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at senior levels within our clients (Life Sciences or other industries);
- Significant supervisory, coaching and hands-on project management skills;
- Strong ability to assess a company’s Digital maturity through senior stakeholder interviews, organizational discovery and benchmarks;
- Strong ability to formulate our client’s Digital strategy, implementation roadmap and operating models;
- Strong ability to lead transformation programs that spans business strategy, advanced analytics & AI, and Digital Technologies
- Demonstrated experience and strong credentials in managing large scale change programs leveraging some or all of the following technology pillars:
- Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing cloud, CDP and Interaction Studio)
- Adobe / Content Ecosystem
- Ability to lead a global virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple project
- Strong credentials and demonstrated success in IT strategy and Enterprise Architecture;
- Characteristics of a forward thinker, innovator, and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- A strong work ethic;
- A willingness to travel to meet client needs;
- Executive-level presence and communication.
ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
