Main Tasks

· You develop and implement a global digital strategy, including but not limited to customer journeys, the definition of personas and target audiences

· You develop and implement online marketing activities in support of the global marketing communications plan

· You are responsible for independent planning and efficient implementation of online campaigns across different channels (e-mail, social, affiliate, paid search, display, lead generators etc.)

· You plan and implement SEO & social media campaigns

· You will support our online marketing events such as webinars, digital trade shows etc.

· You create analyses and reports for performance monitoring and identify suitable actions and continuous optimization to increase the effectiveness of the campaigns on an ongoing basis

· You will align activities with regional marketeers in APAC, EMEA and the US

· In addition to the operational handling of individual projects, you will also be responsible for managing service providers and agencies

Required Qualifications

· You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a related discipline, preferably with a focus on marketing

· Your profile is rounded off by entrepreneurial spirit, your self-dynamics and creativity, as well as fluent English skills

· Additional language skills are welcome

Job Related Experience

· You have several years professional experience in digital marketing

· With your broad marketing knowledge, you can effectively use all online channels to support sales and marketing initiatives

· You have advanced strategic and implementation skills, a strong focus on the customer, operational passion and a creative mindset for pursuing innovative paths in marketing

· Your strong comprehension and good analytical skills enable you to quickly find your way around new tasks and topics

· Your personality allows you to become an integral part of an international team
