Job Description:

The Sales Associate position will identify, cultivate and close sales related to TDI’s Digital Forensics business practice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage lead and sales inquiry process to identify market, requirements, product match, and other factors and objectives resulting in the identification of opportunities to provide digital forensics services
• Perform tracking and follow up of leads and sales inquiries with ultimate outcome of successful assignment to TDI Digital Forensics examiners
• Provide administrative support such as filling out forms, responding to procurement inquiries, preparing communication in support of the Digital Forensics Team. (contract vehicle info, procurement and payment process information, buyer required vendor forms, Reseller Authorization documentation, etc.).
• Review and Complete procurement paperwork as required, process orders and submit for fulfillment, resolve sales / fulfillment gaps to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Post fulfillment follow-up to ensure customers are fully satisfied with results.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, highly motivated and results-focused with the ability to deliver on promises
• Ability to work independently and as part of team setting
• Organized and detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
• Ability to conduct business over the phone as well in written form servicing prospective, new and existing customers
• Proficient MS Office skills and productivity required
• Prior sales experience required
  • Prior sales experience in a technological field is a plus but not required
  • Prior sales experience in Digital Forensics services is ideal but not required
• Sales tools / CRM knowledge a plus
