We accept payments from Medicaid, Medicare, and qualifying manage care providers. Job Duties:
- Production and service of high-quality meals
- Organize, supervise, and train dietary employees in proper meal preparation and sanitization procedures
- Order food and supplies
- Participate in resident assessments, care plans, menus
- Decision making
Qualifications:
- License/Certification/Registered: Dietitian, ADA, diet technician and or dietary manager meeting current requirements established by the state of Nebraska.
- CDM Certificate
- Continuing education as required by state laws and regulations.
- Serve safe preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
