Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines while collaborating across teams to improve build, integration & release processes.
- Shepherd a zero-downtime philosophy through continuous delivery practices and rapidly releasing features.
- Design, build, and test scalable tools, frameworks, and processes to support our fast growing business and team.
- Contribute to our DevOps roadmap, schedule, and key release milestones across all projects.
- Work in an Agile framework to identify and automate solutions that result in enhanced developer experience and increased developer productivity.
- Assist with detecting and resolving incidents that significantly impact the business while continuously improving observability.
- Assist in root cause analysis efforts and improvements to system reliability using techniques like self-healing, canary deployments and alerting.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in a DevOps, engineering, or related technical role.
- Knowledge of popular CI/CD frameworks like Jenkins, CircleCI or Github Actions.
- Cloud infrastructure is your friend and have experience with IaC tooling such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Understand Docker and/or "serverless" technologies.
- Able deploy weekly evening releases.
- Productive in a remote work environment.
- Strong team player that enjoys working collaboratively.
- Passionate about scaling systems and software, automation, and a growth mindset.
Compensation offered will be determined by several factors including, but not limited to depth and level of experience, skillset, and individual work location.
