The Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment Wenatchee, WA 98801
The Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment is hiring for full/part-time Residential Associates in our withdrawal management unit. The ideal candidate would be kind, compassionate, a team player and have a thorough understanding of the disease of addiction as well as the process of recovery. Other desired assets include:
· the willingness to work 12 hour shifts that will include weekends, evenings and graveyard,
· has a current 1st AID/CPR card (or be willing to attain one within 30 days of hire)
· can provide direct patient care
· Has the ability and willingness to model healthy behaviors such as assertive communication, positive coping skills, and conflict resolution.
· Monitor patients to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
· Must have legible writing skills and can document accurately about patient behaviors/symptoms.
· Medication management (taught on the job) and time management skills.
· Can pass a urine screen and a background check
· Has valid driver’s license
· And wants to work.
