BayCare Health System is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital.

The Information Desk Clerk responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients, visitors and guests
  • Answering requests for patient information from telephone callers and walk in visitors
  • Directing them to their proper destination
  • Serving as point of contact for vendors to make appropriate referrals
  • Identifying and badging visitors and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience is 1 year Customer Service or 1 year BayCare Volunteer.

Certifications and Licensures

  • None Required

Education

  • High school or equivalent
  • Preferred: Associate's

Experience

  • 1 year Customer Service
  • 1 year BayCare Volunteer
  • Preferred: 6 months related field
