We are looking for an outgoing and friendly front desk receptionist who is wanting to join our amazing dental team. Job Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients upon arrival
- Answer phone and assist with patient scheduling
- Coordinate payment and patient check out
- Contribute to overall office culture with positivity and friendliness towards patients, staff and associates both in person and on the phone
- Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions
- Maintaining the reception area
