Dental Front Office Receptionist Job at North Pole Dental Workshop
Great News! North Pole Dental Workshop is expanding our team and looking to hire an dental front desk receptionist.
Duties would include answering calls, meeting and welcoming patients, data entry, scheduling appointments, maintaining emails, verifying insurance, submitting and reviewing dental insurance claims, preparing and presenting treatment plans, collecting copays, and other duties as needed.
We are a fast-paced office so our ideal candidate would be a team player, professional, quick learner, honest, dependable, hard working, ability to Multi task, have proficient computer and communication skills and be prompt to work each day with a positive attitude. We would love to find someone with previous dental/Dentrix experience, but willing to train the right individual.
Many times the Receptionist has the very first interaction with our patients and first impressions are everything. We would like for the receptionist to have a welcoming and friendly personality and be able to take on the task of representing our office with a positive and upbeat attitude.

- Dentrix: 1 year (Preferred)
