• Ability to stand and move for most, if not all, of your shift and lift up to 25-50 lbs now and then
• Ability to use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines

Responsibilities/Duties/Activites:

• Follows company food handling and safety procedures.
• Counts cash before and after working register.
• Recognizes, greets, takes guest orders, and uses suggestive and/or upselling for every order taken.
• Uses Computer system(s) to enter orders, corrects mistakes; communicates to manager when void occurs or problem arises.
• Collects payment, gives guests correct changes.
• Gives guest receipt and gives proper departing comment.
• Utilizes total guest satisfaction and pleasantly/quickly corrects mistakes and answers guest’s questions.
• Maintains correct flow of orders
• Works at a pace that enables the team to meet or exceed company service time standards
• Responsible for proper cash handling and any cash shortages and/or overages.
• Cleans and sanitizes entire work area
• Regularly assists expediter and/or service assistant.
• Assists in training new employees
• Periodically performs additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

What you bring to the table as part of our family:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but it’s not a deal breaker
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
• Flexible work availability
