$16.26
Performance Pay:

New hire experience:
1% of the base hourly rate granted for each year of
verified like experience (within ten years) beyond the
requirement, up to a five-year maximum
New hire education:
1% of the base hourly rate awarded for an AA or
higher degree if not required for the position

A12, 9.25 months

OVERVIEW:
To load, transport and deliver musical instruments for the music education program according to an established schedule and in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School education or equivalent; delivery experience preferred
- Valid, or ability to obtain, Arizona driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to lift 75-100 pounds
- Knowledge of district policies, procedures and school locations helpful
- Ability to establish and to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with district personnel and public
- Ability to read and understand job ticket and specification sheets
- Must be accurate, flexible and creative with an attention to detail
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pick up broken musical instruments from individual schools in the district and deliver them to the repair shop
- Return repaired instruments to individual schools
- Transport equipment and supplies from school to school for the music education program.
- Properly load items onto delivery truck to ensure equipment is evenly distributed and contained so as not to shift while being transported
- Ensure goods and materials are checked and signed for by appropriate school and/or department personnel at destination
- Accurately complete required paperwork
- Regular and on-time attendance required
- Perform other related duties, as assigned, to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
- Assist other personnel as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities
