South Main Trucking, a subsidiary of Scott Electric, has a current opening at our Hagerstown, MD branch for a Full-Time Delivery Driver.

Responsibilities include: safe operation of box trucks, loading and unloading of trucks, and accurate and timely delivery of electrical supplies.

Requirements:

• Regularly lift 25-50lbs, occasionally lift more than 50 lbs.
• Prior experience of Van/ Box truck operation and fork lift operation is beneficial
• Must have good communication skills
• Possess a valid PA Driver's License
• At least 25 years old (Insurance Purposes)
• Able to pass DOT Physical
• Knowledge of how to handle materials safely, such as building supplies or fragile materials.
• Familiarity with using navigation systems
• Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedule
• Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination to stay safe while driving
• Physical ability to load and unload heavy cargo
