Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory organization
- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment by performing regular cleaning and restocking tasks
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations, including verifying customer identification and age, and properly labeling and packaging products
- Maintain and update knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and industry trends
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 2-4 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, possibly including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation:
Hourly rate to commensurate with experience.
