SCHEDULE -

Monday - Friday between 7:00am - 4:00pm OR 8:00am - 5:00pm

SALARY RATE -

Salary: $20 - $20 / hour

PRIMARY PURPOSE -

To provide assistance and support to both internal and external customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

• Deliver orders to customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Receive in daily rush orders and weekly Corp and Tigard orders.
• Check stage on orders.
• Put away stock in warehouse and pull will-call orders for customer pick up.
• Maintain bin locations.
• Process ship-outs that need to go from the branch.
• Process all warranty and returns and verify that paperwork has been neatly and properly filled out.
• Prepare warranty and returns for the Tigard branch and/or vendor direct.
• Order and return compressed gas tanks as needed.
• Clean and straighten the warehouse daily.
• Works well as a team player.
• Follows all Company Policies/Store Standards.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES –

• Assist with counter/phone sales and calling customers to inform them of any backorders that are ready for pick up on an as-needed basis.
• Recycle cardboard and empty branch garbage twice a week.
• Fill freight claims when necessary. Assist with stocking the showroom. Attend ongoing training classes.
• Work on special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS –

• Must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license.
• Delivery driving experience preferred
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two to three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Past experience would include shipping/receiving, and material handling.
• HVAC/R experience along with customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred
