Bouncy Bounce Bounce House and Party Rentals is now hiring drivers to deliver inflatables (bounce houses and slides) and other party rentals in the Tri-Valley Area (Livermore, Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Danville and little beyond).

No experience is necessary; training will be provided. This position is a great way to earn extra money on the weekends. You must be available to work on both Saturday AND Sunday. Some weekday work may be available, but it's very limited. Deliveries typically begin around 7:30-8am and end around 11:30am-12:00pm. Pickups begin around 4:30pm-5:00pm and end around 8:30pm-9:00pm. Drivers are expected to work both parts of this split shift to be able to pickup the same units that were delivered in the morning.

This means ensuring the equipment is safely set up on-time, is thoroughly cleaned, and the customer is so satisfied they want to leave us a 5 star review (and leave you a generous tip).

Qualifications:

- Have a cell phone with GPS
- Be physically fit and have the strength to move up to 250+ pounds on a heavy duty dolly
- Show a good driving record, proof of insurance (if using own vehicle) and a valid driver's license
- Positive attitude is a must. Remember we're mostly delivering to backyard children's birthday parties.
- Have friendly interpersonal skills
- Can follow and keep to a set delivery schedule
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Make good decisions when working independently

Responsibilities include loading, delivering, setting-up, cleaning, taking down, and returning equipment to/from the warehouse to our customers' sites. You will deliver to mostly backyard parties, but also occasionally to schools, churches, and businesses. You may also deliver to fairs, festivals, and other large events.

We are looking for drivers to use our company truck and/or their own truck. Mileage reimbursement is available for employees using their own vehicle.
