Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:

As a Client Implementation Analyst at Matrix Medical Network you’ll serve as an operational resource for a fast-growing and successful in-home clinical services sales and client success team. You will be responsible for reviewing and executing the implementation of services for new clients, re-starting paused clients, as well as implementing enhancements for existing clients.

Working in conjunction with the Sales team, industry solution leaders, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Client Success and Sales leadership you will be a key resource for the sales and client services team with activity which directly impacts clients. You’ll manage multiple requests simultaneously, be meticulous to both timelines and quality of work, and produce content that exemplifies the professional aspect of Matrix.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert on
    • New Client Implementations
    • Client Restarts
    • Existing Client Enhancements such as:
      • Product changes
      • Layout changes
      • Incentives
      • Market updates
  • Assist in development and updates of Client Implementation documentation
  • Assist Account Directors as needed with data load issues, development of training materials, training, and reporting related to the CHA process
  • Liaison between Client Success team and the Data team
  • Assist the broader Commercial team with special projects including but not limited to data changes
Qualifications:
Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytic skills to work effectively with multiple teams including Sales, Client Services, Commercial leadership, Accounting, Finance, Marketing and Legal. Must be a quick-learner and able to adapt to shifting priorities. In addition, the successful candidate will possess the following:

Must Haves:
  • 3-4 years relevant experience in a services company
  • Working knowledge of business unit sales organizations and field sales operating practices (business analytics, contract analytics, pricing structures, sales tools, and basic training)
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills and keen attention to details
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions
  • Accountable and willing to commit high effort to ensure success
  • Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. Vlookups, CountIF, and other xlsx functions)
  • Proactive in seeking answers through available resources and know when to ask for guidance
  • High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about being part of a growing business
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools, Tableau a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Current permanent US Work Authorization required
