Deli Night Supervisor

• Provide exemplary customer service by greeting customers in the department and ensuring their orders are filled to meet their expectations.
• Responsible for helping customers with cold cut orders, sandwich orders, and deli case orders
• Become familiar with products/ other areas in the store to answer questions and make suggestions to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Filling online orders received through Cuboh.
• Overseeing and helping with the break down and cleaning of the prepared food case, grab and go case, and sandwich line.
• Must be comfortable with using slicers, knives, and other equipment such as panini presses and ovens.
• Properly handle products and equipment in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Replenish product in the deli cases, rotating product and ensuring code dating procedures are followed to ensure safety.
• Accurately record and communicate catering orders and assist in preparation of deli special orders to ensure the customer is delighted with the finished product.
• Maintain cleanliness of department and work area, including the back room.
• The ideal candidate is great at multitasking, customer service, and is familiar with handling food.
• Training new staff members on company policies and sales guidelines.
• Overseeing nighttime staff, helping to streamline and direct staff members.

· Ensure employees follow company policies and store rules.

Night shift: Start time is 2PM
