Excelon Solutions LLC, a Texas Based IT Solutions and Services Company has multiple openings for Devops Engineer.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide service specific inputs on admin model, monitoring and reporting, evaluate specific product to facilitate successful completion of POC in order to formulate effective design
- Implement service specific technology migration and Up gradation activities in order to complete service transition plan
- Implement service specific controls and process, perform routine backup activity, check for power/system/network redundancy; record capacity parameters specific to services/systems in order to comply with service continuity and capacity management plan
- Attend to service requests and incidents, analyze the root cause and provide solutions in order to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents
- Document the changes and CMDB updating, implement forward schedule changes, perform major service specific release activities in order to comply with processes
Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related with at least 12 months of experience as Technology Analyst, Database Admin, SQL Admin or related.
