What will you do?
- Collaborate with Client Relations and Transformation teams to develop an understanding of needs and communicate findings
- Own, manage, and distribute existing suite of reporting while maintaining critical perspective required to evolve into high power predictive analytics tools and insights
- Develop and lead new, innovative analyses which may include dataset manipulation and transformation, piloting of AI and machine learning analytical techniques and technologies, and transformation of static reporting into dynamic visualizations
- Responsible for data storytelling via decks and dashboards while efficiently relaying insights to non-technical audiences and senior leadership
- Interpret and translate results, trends, and takeaways to team members, clients, and executive leadership with varying levels of subject matter knowledge
- Drive the production of predictive analytic reports, responsible for executing key modeling governance activities around change management, performance monitoring, and testing, in alignment with industry best practices
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
- Serve as lead data strategist to identify and integrate new datasets that can be leveraged through our product capabilities, and work closely with the engineering team in the development of data products
- Remain current with technical and industry
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in statistics, applied mathematics, computer science or related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in data science
- Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis
- Experience in predictive modeling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong research and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
