Data Entry Specialist Job at Well Established Petroleum Company
Small, busy Gaithersburg office is looking for a FULL TIME data entry specialist.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail, typing and data entry skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows based operating systems. Must be comfortable with Excel.
- Must be an energetic multitasker and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- The ability to follow procedures and to prioritize.
The position entails the following:
- Processing/reviewing all customer & sales representative call in, email, fax & external/internal portal orders.
- Additional administrative assistant duties as assigned including some receptionist duties.

We offer a Full Benefit Package including; health, dental, life and disability insurance, 401K, paid vacation and sick days. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. A minimum of 1-year information processor/administrative assistant experience is required. Starting wage around $17.50 per hour with the possibility of an increase at the end of the probation period.
