Ascendo Resources is seeking an entry level Data Entry Associate to assist in the process of entering data into spreadsheets and accounting software for a Temp to hire opportunity in New York, NY starting at $18/hour!
Responsibilities:
- As a Data Entry Associate, you will be required to review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software.
- Review documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing or correct data when necessary.
- Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
- Support and assist Inventory, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with data entry and data accuracy.
- Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
- Photocopy and scan documents.
- Ad hoc clerical assistance to the accounting department.
