Position: Data Entry – 2 months Contract

Job Description:
Qualifications:
1. Data Entry experience required
2. Ability to work on multiple systems simultaneously
3. Strong organizational and time management skills 4. Strong written/ verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and meet set deadlines.
5. Demonstrate good problem solving and research skills. Must have a general ability to analyze requests and escalate as necessary.
6. Banking Experience (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Collateral Analyst I (Remote - AZ) Project will require an individual to research and capture sources of information (websites, reporting, dashboards) relating to Limited Partner's Asset Under Management and Credit Ratings.
- Quick Job Description: This position is responsible for performing date entry updates to Assets Under Management and Credit Rating for Limited Partners that participate in GFB Loans and captured in application iLevel.
- The position requires detailed review of AUMs/Credit Ratings and ability to quickly update entries into the iLevel application.
- This involves working in a high volume, fast paced environment, with minimal supervision.
- Project is geared for 2 months (60days) and must be met to ensure project timelines are met. (Project will not be extended past the 2 months) Successful system updates is critical as data entry errors could lead to possible discrepancies.
