Position Summary
Project Title - Processing Undeliverable Service Campaign Notification Letters to Customers:
- Working with Undeliverable letters, add truck serial numbers in TRACS.
- Maintain a spreadsheet for the truck serial numbers entered TRACS.
- Keep Service Campaign letters separate by Campaign number and in alphabetical order.
Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses
- Less than 2 years of experience.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Keyboarding skills: 45 WPM
- Have attention to detail.
- Able to work independently.
Desired Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets.
- High School education or GED.
Work Environment / Physical Demands / Hours/ Expected Travel
- Office position with some lifting of 20-pound containers of letters.
- 8 hours a day 40 hours per week.
