Salary range is $50,000 - $56,000 commensurate with experience
The Data and Quality Assurance Manager will drive forward our programs with quality and data driven priorities. - Front line staff can focus on addressing client needs rather than routine compliance requirements.
- Program management can address issues and adjust program resources in real time.
- Leadership can answer strategic questions such as about changing client need and program impact.

Representative Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Help the organization become more data driven to enhance client service, promote community collaboration, illustrate impact, and enhance advocacy efforts by building and strengthening the Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) data driven design framework.
- Perform a variety of professional activities; Data Collection, and Quality, Data Analysis and other quality related activities to ensure the overall success of the organization.
- Support front line staff to effectively use the client data management systems through training and working with the system administrator to keep the system working properly.
- Ensure that the organization is providing quality, evidence-based practice by project managing the on-going accreditation process and research initiatives.
- Help the organization to grow and adapt by promoting efficiencies and collaborating to implement new programs and program modifications into the client data management system.
- Responsible for quality review and compliance in accordance with County policies and State performance contracts, Federal rules and regulations, Grant management and performs related work as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Data Analysis, Data Science or related field
- One (1) year of case management experience in a human service organization, preferred
- Ability to utilize software tools (e.g. Excel or client databases) to collect, consolidate, and share data
- Ability to use data for process improvement initiatives, i.e., interpretation and analysis.
- Ability to manage priority projects and foster relationships with multiple team members
