Job Description :

In this role you will be a Member of the File Management team, responsible for Queue management, ServiceNow Request, and submitter configurations.

The ideal candidate would have experience with EMRs, HIEs, Health systems, SQL background, Service Now processes, and File processing.

Expectations regarding years of experience for each requirement:

• 3+ years of SQL
• 2+ years of Service Now or another incident support tool
• 2+ years File Processing
• In addition to above, if they have experience with AZURE, ECG, or ONC Direct we would give them priority for interviews.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years working knowledge of SQL queries in tools such as SQL Server Management Studio by Microsoft to troubleshoot databases that store workflow information related to requests or to analyze incidents
• 2+ years of incident support, troubleshooting, and customer service
• 2+years of file/data processing and data integration automation and optimization
• 2+ years of experience assessing problems and implementing solutions or production fixes based on sound business practices, root cause analysis, process analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite with focus on Excel, Word, and Power point
• Knowledge of Salesforce, including data input and dashboard creation and reporting
• Familiar with web browser configuration and troubleshooting including Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox
• Strong communication skills including experience explaining complex concepts, negotiation and persuasion, conflict resolution, and presenting to executive level management
• Experience in healthcare vertical including EMR, Health Insurance, Acute care, Post-Acute, Health Systems, and HIE
• Understanding of HIPAA and PHI compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing and influencing effectively in a matrix environment
• Configuration of Electronic Medical Record software experience such as Epic, Cerner, eCW, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
• Ability to tailor to the appropriate level of detail and information based on the audience
• Strong client management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Superiorprocess management, quality assurance, and analysis/reporting experience to drive overall accomplishments of goals
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Member encounter/clinical data experience
• Experience analyzing data and pulling information together for reporting purposes
• Critical thinking, problem solving skills
• Healthcare experience, clinical data analysis experience
• Knowledge of leading Provider EMR systems including Epic, Cerner, GE, Allscripts, Meditech or HIE is desirable
• Experience with standard health care file format including CCD, CCDA, HL7 etc.
• Experience with both common and emerging interoperability standards such as HL7 V2.x, as well as CCD, C - CDA XML V3, IHE profile, FHIR (desirable)
• General understanding of standard health care file formats included CCD, CCDA, C32, HL7, ORU, etc.
• 2+ years experience in SFTP, Linux Operating systems,
• Bachelors degree in computer science; related field or equivalent work experience.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
